Diagnostic data
TopNotch Site Health is designed around local WordPress diagnostics. The audit reads site configuration and content-related signals needed to produce the report. It does not require you to send your WordPress admin password to TopNotch Agency.
License validation
Pro licensing uses a remote entitlement service so the plugin can verify whether a license is active, which plan it belongs to, how many sites are activated and whether private updates are available. The complete license key should be treated as confidential.
What customers should avoid sharing
Do not send WordPress passwords, hosting passwords, database credentials, API secrets, private keys or complete license keys in ordinary support messages. A site URL, masked license reference, plugin version, WordPress/PHP version and the exact error message are usually enough to begin troubleshooting.
Reports and exports
If you export a report to JSON, CSV or print/PDF, review it before forwarding it outside your organization. Diagnostic exports can contain site-specific technical information that may be useful for troubleshooting but should still be handled responsibly.
Third-party services
Your host, CDN, security tools, caching layer and other plugins may process data independently of TopNotch Site Health. Their privacy and retention practices are governed by those services, not by the TopNotch Site Health diagnostic report.
