TopNotch Site Health Support

Before contacting support

Most setup and audit issues can be resolved using the installation, licensing and troubleshooting guides. Please check those first so support can focus on problems that need direct investigation.

Include this information

  • Your site URL
  • TopNotch Site Health plugin version
  • WordPress version
  • PHP version
  • Your hosting provider, if relevant
  • The masked license reference shown in the plugin
  • The exact error message or screenshot
  • The steps that produced the problem
  • Whether the issue is reproducible
  • Any recent plugin, theme, PHP, cache, CDN or server changes

Do not send

Do not send WordPress administrator passwords, hosting passwords, database credentials, API secrets, private keys or your complete license key in an ordinary support message.

For audit-related questions

Include the finding rule/name, its evidence and the recommended next step shown by the report. If the issue affects a specific URL, include that URL. This is much more useful than sending only the overall score.

For license or update issues

Include the purchase email, masked license reference, current activation count and the exact message shown under License & Entitlement.

Contact TopNotch Agency

If the documentation does not resolve the issue, contact TopNotch Agency support with the information above. Clear reproduction details usually allow a faster diagnosis.
