Before contacting support
Check the installation, Search Intelligence and license/update guides first. If the problem remains, send enough evidence to reproduce it without sending passwords or secrets.
Include this information
- Your site URL
- TopNotch Site Doctor Free version
- TopNotch Site Doctor Pro version
- WordPress and PHP versions
- Your hosting provider when relevant
- The masked license reference shown in the plugin
- The exact error message
- The steps that produced the problem
- Whether the issue is reproducible
- Any recent plugin, theme, cache, CDN, PHP or server changes
For a diagnostic or repair issue
Include the finding name, evidence, likely owner/cause shown by Site Doctor and the proposed repair sequence. If the issue affects a specific URL, include that URL. Do not apply an unrelated repair simply to make a warning disappear before support can see the evidence.
For Search Intelligence
Include the selected Search Console property and the exact error text. For OAuth problems, the Google error’s redirect_uri value is useful. Do not send the Google Client Secret, OAuth token or screenshots that expose them.
For license or update issues
Include the purchase email, masked license reference, current activation count, installed Pro version, offered Pro version and the exact update error. Do not send the complete license key in a public message.
Do not send
Do not send WordPress administrator passwords, hosting passwords, database credentials, API keys, Google Client Secrets, private keys, OAuth tokens, PayPal credentials or complete license keys in an ordinary support request.
